Park-and-Ride Car Park Railway Station

The Park-and-Ride Car Park at Celle's railway station was put into operation for the first time in 1999 in time for the EXPO 2000 as an important component of the environmental network car - train - bicycle - bus. The facility is owned by the city of Celle. The city has transferred the management of the facility to the Celle Parkbetriebe GmbH.

The multi-storey car park has a total of 485 parking spaces for short and long-term parking on four levels. Of these, 24 are women's parking spaces and 5 are spaces for the disabled. 450 bicycles can be securely parked on two levels for a fee (daily, weekly, monthly and annual tickets).

An additional 36 motorbike parking spaces have been created in the area of the entrance and exit. Signposts lead the way to the P+R entrance from Trüllerstraße.
There are no entry and exit barriers as in the other car parks, so you can drive directly to a parking space. A day ticket with hard cash is then purchased at one of the eight parking ticket machines on the levels and placed legibly on the front windscreen as proof for the supervisory staff. Monthly and annual tickets must be purchased from the supervisory staff.

To use the bicycle facilities, day tickets must be purchased at the entry terminal at any time and paid for at the automatic pay station before leaving. Weekly, monthly and annual tickets must be purchased or extended at the ticket machine. Entry and exit is only possible with these "keys" and helps to prevent misuse.
